What is included in takeoff spreadsheets?

A typical takeoff includes quantities of material required for construction like CMU blocks, concrete, joists, rafters, columns, MEP, paint, Finishes, etc. All the items are listed in an Excel spreadsheet with units of measure and quantity provided for each line item. A wastage factor of 15-20% can also be applied to account for material waste during construction.

How to get started ?

Please share your project drawings with us through email. Mention the project location, scope, and due date in the email. We will send you a proposal for the takeoff/estimate.

What payment method do we accept ?

You can pay through a bank account, Western Union, Payoneer, etc. Just one click fast methods.

What will be final output?

We will provide takeoffs/estimates in excel format with/ working colored/Markup drawings. You can check the takeoff quality from colored working drawings. We also fill bid forms if available.

Do you do pricing ?

We also do pricing of construction projects. But we recommend most contractors do it by themselves, if possible. Because each company/state has its laws, inflation rates, etc. We interlink estimates with bid forms so that bid forms automatically update when the contractor does pricing.

Do you provide samples?

Yes, we can provide you with free samples of our previous estimates before getting started. We can also do a sample project at a discounted price if necessary.
